Qualifying

5. OA 5        Rob Stone                      9.53 / 139mph
6. OA81       Simon Barlow                9.58 / 129mph

Dave Sidaway had problems in both sessions & didn't manage to post a qualifier.

1st Round

OA82 Richard Colby   v   OA 666 Lee Cohen

Lee continued squeezing more power from his new power plant, this time running his first 8, 8.69/160mph(p.b) however it wasn't enough to cover Richard's excellent 8.41/159mph(p.b.)

OA1 Paul Wright   v   OA 81 Simon Barlow

Paul was still searching for his ideal rear suspension settings, this 7.79/180mph pass was the best of the weekend. Simon ran another mid 9 9.60/141mph.

OA19  Paul Hensher  v  OA5 Rob Stone

Rob red-lit & ran 9.71/137mph.Paul posted a 8.43/157mph to progress to the semi

Semi-Finals

OA19 Paul Hensher  v  OA82  Richard Colby

Richard had been having some handling issues & his car left hard & then turned Richard was off the power running 12.09/70mph. Paul went through to the final 8.41/158mph. On investigation Richard found he had cracked the axle casing.

OA1 Paul Wright  -  bye

Paul ran through 8.31/133mph wheelie off the line & a short pedal to straighten up

Final

OA1  Paul Wright  v  OA19 Paul Hensher

Guv got away first with another large wheelie, the car then made a move towards the centre line. Paul H went past & was away to take the win  8.42/158mph to Guv's losing 8.90/67mph
